Church Street, Gt. Coggeshall, Essex

Both the 1851 and 1861 censuses several Saches lived here including,. Hannah b.1831,  Frederick b. 1827, Edward b.1837 and his family.

 

Stoneham Street Church

Gt Coggeshall, Essex

Once the Independent Protestant Church now the United Reformed Church. Supported by most of the Sach families in the Coggeshall area between 1750 and 1850 or later. Many also used the Church at Bocking.

Bocking, Essex

Now the United Reformed Church. used by many Sach families between 1730 and 1820.

 

The Church of England Church at Bradwell,Essex

Not used by many of the Sach families but an interesting little church in Bradwell.  Mary Sach b.1769 married John Wright there in 1786.

The Old Post Office at Nayland, Suffolk

Robert Sach b.1822 worked here as a cabinet maker together with Thomas Barber before it became a Post Office. Thomas Barber was also the first professional photographer in Nayland.

 

Upp Hall Farm, Gt. Tey, Essex

Robert Sach .1789-1840  farmed here. Several of his children were christened at Upp Hall Farm.

Factory in Coggeshall built by Edward Sach (b.1867) together with his workers. The name Sach is visible on the handcart in the original photo. However, this Edward Sach has not yet been conclusively linked to my main Sach tree. Advertisment for Edward Sach's business.
